The fertility journey can be hard. Cycling through hope and despair is exhausting and it can take a toll on you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. As a fertility coach I offer support by witnessing your story and helping you identify what you can control while setting manageable goals. Coaching can also address mental and emotional blocks to conceiving, nurture the mind-body connection, and cultivate stress-reduction and relaxation practices. It is possible reignite hope so that you are able to navigate your fertility journey with greater calm and confidence.

Feeling anxious or depressed is common when struggling with infertility. Fertility coaching is not a substitute for therapy or medical intervention. If you are experiencing significant mental health distress that interrupts your ability to get out of bed in the morning, go to work, or take care of yourself, it is recommended that you see a counsellor or medical professional before engaging in fertility coaching.
What happens in a coaching session?
There are many things on the fertility journey that are beyond your control, not the least of which is actually getting pregnant. However, there are also many things that are within your control. We will focus on your emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being to make sure that your mind-body connection is working for you rather than inadvertently working against your efforts to conceive. Sifting through and shifting the messages that you are sending to your body can set you up to dwell in all the possibility.
Since stress negatively impacts fertility, I offer relaxation exercises and guided meditations to help you find your calm centre again. You will learn to tap into your own internal wisdom and trust yourself. This will help you to make decisions from a place of confidence rather than fear. It is possible to start living a new fertility narrative. It is also possible to start living a life into which you will be ready to welcome a baby.
