Spiritual direction is a ministry of presence. Every person is on a spiritual journey. Those who wish to explore aspects of their journey with the Sacred or deepen their life of prayer and spiritual practice may welcome the support of a trained guide. As a spiritual director I hold space, listen, ask reflective questions, introduce spiritual practices, and witness the journey of transformation.

Helping you find your centre and regain the joy in life while trying to conceive.
The fertility journey can be hard. Cycling through hope and despair is exhausting. It can take a toll on you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. As a fertility coach I offer support by listening to your story and helping you identify what is within your control while setting manageable goals. Coaching can also address mental and emotional blocks to conceiving, nurture the mind-body connection, and cultivate stress-reduction and relaxation practices. It is possible reignite hope so that you are able to navigate your fertility journey with greater calm and confidence.
